I’ve been enjoying the D&D Beyond app so far! Having access to the rulebooks makes it incredibly easy to find the information I need. The character creation process is fairly straightforward, and having all the character details just a click away is super convenient. However, there are a few features I think could use improvement. For instance, when I created my barbarian, I noticed that I have to make a custom version of a weapon for when I’m raging, which feels a bit cumbersome. Additionall

I am still having issues with opening my information on my characters.I have to go through the website while playing with my campaign.I thought that this recent update would fix this bug, but it has not. I have uninstalled and re- the app, hoping it would fix the issue. Sadly, it did not fix this issue. I have tried opening different characters to make sure it was maybe a glitch, but it's happening to all of my characters. I hate having to use web rather than the app.

App is very helpful and versatile for creating character sheets. only two issues encountered is in new and trying to figure out all the dice and what they do and I have limited play time and can't find a campaign to that suits my needs, as a new player I wish there was a campaign trial we could use to test our character in to learn how things work as reading only helps so much.

It's great to use for checking character details or rules books, but if you want to do much outside of that, like manage your campaign or more complex character management, you still have to use the browser version. I can't even activate or deactivate a player's character in the campaign I'm running. Don't get me wrong, I like it, and use it. I just can't do much more than the bare minimum. Useable? Absolutely. Of the quality we should expect from a company at this scale? Not even close.

When I manage character on site. It's not applying the changes in app. Additionally, when I manage on site in the app, the view character sheet now annoyingly takes me back to the wrong character sheet in the app. Then I have to manage on site again. Select dropdown but, the top of the character sheet always on top is over the Collections menu. So I have to select something like Tools, build to get to Collections, characters, then select the right character. Takes 6 extra clicks, use to be one!

The app is great, except when I tried to switch from the monthly plan to the year plan. The payment was put on hold until my current sub expired, which was fine, but then my sus status was set to Free, and I lost access toany of my characters. Thinking it was a glitch, I ed customer service and have heard nothing from them since then. I switched back to the monthly plan, hoping that would fix it, but it didn't. So keep your eyes on your payments and sub status going forward.

Feats given by class progression are never actually given, class features changing how attacks and items function(such as changing what ability scores they use) do nothing, the app requires far too much time to update the character sheets after changing a character(even after refreshing the sheet and/or restarting the app), and more. Some of these problems have been known for years. WotC owns this app now, there is no excuse for this

loading time for resources are too long. when you need to look up a rule in the moment, or refresh prior to the game for a specific mechanic, I spend as much time loading the item as I do reading the item. the format of the digital books should be more of a button format. base rules, species, backgrounds, classes, gear, spells, and quick reference. example: I want to know about the 2024 cleric. click classes bubble, click cleric bubble, click cleric spell table/base info/proficiencies/sub
