terrible app, the browser version is better. the app lacks many features like message walls, about pages, character pages and more. it also doesn't have very many fandoms on it, which i am super surprised about. it also lacks the colorful themes. i personally spend a lot more time on smaller wikis onky a limited number of s know about. its really annoying i can't access them on the app. the obly reason i've kept the app is for the notifications, but i always just use the browser version

I've been using the app for a couple of years now, and I have a complaint about it. I use the Star Wars side of the app, and occasionally, when I'm writing larger pieces that require me to do research, watch a YouTube video, find an image, I lose track of time and return to my work to find it all gone. I lost a lot of writing work tonight because of it. Basically, the summed up report is extended time away from the app, causing a large quantity of writing work to disseaper. I. Hate. It.

Very nice, but a few problems. Personally, id like a way to customize the feed on the home page, and to make groups of and rearrange my saved articles. Not-so-personally, there are TONS of fandoms that are not included. Definitely hundreds, possibly 1000's, depends on how many fandom wikis there are. What I don't understand is that the app will automatically open whenever I click any fandom link in a web browser, but it will immediately redirect back to my default browser instead.

Useful to look up a lot of information, but had several glaring flaws that make it a burdensome experience. Mainly, every single page I visit has a video covering almost the entire top half of my phone screen (Android) with no way to close the video, the home pages for each wiki never seem to have a useful index of pages (when compared to web site version), and there does not seem to be a way to search only the wiki you are currently in and not the entire fandom.

I personally love this app; mainly because it has most everything I need to know about a certain video game. I use this app for several different games, such as Borderlands 2, Skyrim, Watch Dogs 2; for example, Borderlands 2 is a game I play a lot; it can give you every variant of a gun every legendary down to every common... Incorporates DLC as well. It has the whole 9 yards when it comes down to it... Also, it has movies too.

Fandom (Wikia, really) is indispensable to me when playing certain games. But the last few years of nonsense redesigns seem to be mostly to get you to click on ads, or so they can play a video unrelated to what you're reading about and sticky it at the top of the page. So I ed the app hoping it would be a better experience, but it's actually worse. A clunky UI makes the various wikis very hard to navigate, and I NEED tabs. Very disappointed in Fandom's recent business.

The app is adequate, but it puts extra steps between you and the content you want that the individual apps didn't. I find it a pain overall and being presented with a limited selection of choices to subscribe to just feels cold and impersonal, especially if multiple wikis exist for the same thing and you can't tell which you're getting. It's Wikia's branding that really does the experience in, though, because it rips the heart out of the individual communities.

This app is indispensable to anyone having a hard time keeping up with a big game or series with extensive lore. I fell in love with the witcher 3 at launch and immediately knew I'd be a big fan of the series. Having just left home I never had time for it. Last year I decided to tackle the entire franchise but wanted to finish TW3 first. That wouldn't have worked without this app. It's great for recapping when you have to put it down for long periods, and great for keeping track of the books
