App has been 5* until the past month or so. Anytime I press the theater icon at the bottom to see what movies are playing at a specific theater, the app crashes and closes. Uninstalled, reinstalled several times over the last few weeks with no change. Last reinstall was today and it's still crashing every time. Can't use the app anymore if it doesn't even work 😞

The interface of the app is great and easy to use until the payment method. There is when things turn frustrating. After selecting everything and selecting your payment method, the app errors out, over and over again. This happens 80% of the time, maybe even more. They really need to address this.

The app is great when it works, but 80% of the time, it just doesn't. It won't load showtimes or let me buy a ticket, and I've tried updating the app, clearing the cache, even uninstalling and reinstalling, but this issue just keeps happening. It makes it really hard to use the Regal Unlimited subscription they keep raising prices on.

Frequently does not work, especially when trying to view the names of movies showing now, despite clearing cache, restarting phone, ensuring app is updated. Website is also buggy, perhaps pushing trackers and blocking VPN IP addresses. Much time wasted on trying to buy tickets. Obviously, many other customers have similar experiences and have said so. Disappointing.

Unbelievably frustrating app- especially over the last couple of weeks. Constantly crashing and unable to display ticket purchases. That would be bad enough, but I'm now unable to even . It's been reed multiple times, I've restarted my device, and I've still been getting the "something went wrong" error for 2 days. Awful.

This app is terrible! Super buggy, laggy, unresponsive, and inconsistent! I've only been able to buy a ticket one time through the app, and that was the first time I used the app. I can't even update my or request an email because I cannot enter text in the boxes, but can still hit the submit button. It also doesn't help that the website thinks it's under a cyberattack when I try to go through there, as well.

The app is ok. There is a double charge for booking/service fee for an unlimited and another matinee ticket. The current movies playing has become more compact and difficult to see. The coming soon attractions do not allow you to prioritize by release date. To update my review. There is no cancelation option in the app or on the website. I am planning a three month trip out of the country. The email address provided automated responses with no assistance with what you would like help with.

This was supposed to be an update? App hasn't worked properly since it was ed. I haven't even gotten to the pay screen before the app quits working. Please fix. Thank you. Emailed customer service twice now, app still has trouble loading, navigating from one screen to the next makes it quit, and I still haven't been able to purchase a ticket...You guys want to make money right? Please fix the app, when it works it's way better than purchasing at the theater. Thanks!
