CyclePay is the new app name. Previously known as "My Laundry" and "CyberLaundry".

IMPORTANT: ONLY WORKS IN PARTICIPATING LAUNDRY LOCATIONS.

You can view your balance, add funds and start cycles on washers and dryers in your laundry room. You can also view real-time machine status and send service requests if needed.

Works well but needs a more appropriate reporting feature for broken equipment. Providing a description of the problem would help resolve it. I've used multiple washers that continue to leave the clothing soaked without resolve.

If I try to close my keyboard to scroll to the next feild of entry while I'm adding payment it goes back to home screen every time.

half of the time it doesn't start the machines better to use physical card when possible.

I have now used the app several times. The only problem I have had is that every time I use the app it has problems connecting. Each time I have used it, tonight I did 3 loads of clothes, each washer and each dryer has to try 4 or 5 or more times to connect. I keep trying and it eventually connects. Other than the connection issue it's pretty good.

Easy to use and navigate. So far so good after one wash and dry cycle. A suggestion if I may, when you type in the machine number, it takes you to the next page where you choose between the washer or the dryer based on your need. With that setup, I forsee a lot of occasions where you are not paying attention and you accidentally select the wrong machine. There needs to be a cancel option in the event that happens, even if the machine is already in use.

Terrible! This app has failed and taken my money from me while providing me with nothing more times than I can count. The connection between the phone and the machine fails so often, it's pathetic. I stand physically right next to machine with a new phone, it still struggles to connect almost every time. It would be one thing if the app just canceled the transaction, but the app will take money from you while the machine DOESN'T RUN! This app has taken well over $20 from me w/ no service. Awful!

Using this at my laundry now and it's annoying. I've had to load and unload my laundry four times now to find a dryer that will "vend" and turn on with this app. Also, with some machines I'm getting charged more thru this app than if I had quarters. And finally, it takes forever to turn on a machine! So.... I'm not using this anymore. Great concept, horrible execution.
