My first Eques device stopped working (camera broke when not in use). I couldn't find another device & app that worked like this one. So I bought another Eques & had a little trouble setting it up. It appears to be working now. Three months later, I charged it & now it says offline in the app, & the device has a black screen. I emailed Eques & got no answer. Will not buy again!

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews... I have had my Eques Veiu for a little over a year now. I am very pleased with it. Got it on Amazon and had an issue and the first one i bought but Eques took care of me. Sent out a new one. I was in with the COO, Enya. She even offered to deliver it herself since I'm close to their office. After the replacement, it was doing what it was supposed to! The app is easy to use but i wish it worked with Google Assistant. Alerts are good to me.

I chose my Eques to send me videos. But the app load the videos too slow and sometimes I receive the message "Click here to reload", and can't see the video. My phone is always on 5G and I don't have problems with other apps. I tried to fix this issue with reinstalling the app, delete cache and etc. But without any success.

Previously not receiving any alert notifications from my camera after their server fire at Loyang a week ago. Now as of today the 18th September around noon, it's all back up and running as per usual and alert notifications looks to be back to normal as before.

Recent app update version 3.04.88 by developer , caused the Eques app to stop sending notifications to my Xiaomi 13 Ultra phone whenever there is a movement captured recording. Please fix this new technical bug. Before this stupid latest update , there was no notification problem before the updated version 3.04.88

Unless the app is kept active, else, no notification will be received. Running the app in the background may *fingers crossed* provide intermittent notification. However, this is met with much failure then success. Despite granting the required access and priority for data and battery usage, the app still fails to operate as promised. The "help" provided in-app does not solve the issue. Don't bother with it. Could've been great but the app ruined it. It's trash at this point. 软件废了Eques

App is unstable. When the motion detection sensitivity is set to high, the notification is triggered almost every 1 to 2 minutes even though no object is in front of the cam, whereas when it is set to low, it does not detect even if someone is standing in front of the cam. Probably app misbehave. Having this problem for the last 5 months. Developer need to take a look.
