I have used this app for years and it worked great. Just tried to update my kid to a different school, (add new/remove old), and not only will it not let me; it crashes. Deleted cache to no avail and eventually deleted and reinstalled the app. Can't set up a parent profile without crashing. App won't me. I did have success with it setting myself up as a student, but I have to click on acknowledgment screen every time before it goes to the menu. Please fix.

The app used to work perfectly. There must have been an update that doesn't save the school anymore. I have to enter it each time I open the app. I found today that I could set up a profile, so I assume that will save the school. However, every time I try setting up a parent profile, the application crashes on me and will not save. If you have a fix for this or fix it in the near future, I will raise my rating. Thank you

I've been using this app for years for my child's school lunches with no problem. I made an , it logged on to my student and my school, easy. However recently it won't keep my info, my student or my school preferences saved. I've tried over and over to make a new profile and when I get to the end it closes without saving any of it. very frustrating! Fix this please!

Same as another recent reviewer: I have used this app for years and just recently my profile disappeared and each time I try to create a new one, the app crashes. Without a profile, there are several things to click through each time you open the app, which is annoying, and I don't have allergen alerts. Please fix the app!

You can never see the last options on the menu due to the SE tools covering it. It needs to be redone or moved to the side menu. Very frustrating. Within the last two months, there have been 03 times now where we check the school menu will say one thing and then my daughter comes home saying they didn't have that so now she may not have eaten lunch because we already know that she doesn't eat the other options on the menu and could have taken lunch.

I ed it and it might work for a day, then it won't open and tells me to close the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times and it hasn't gotten better. This has been happening since around October 2023, and it's Janauary 2024. Last school year I didn't have this problem. So I have to Google to search the school county lunch menu so it can take me to the internet version of this app, which works perfectly fine.

New update doesnt show daily meals. What's the point of showing cost, ala carte, all this extra new info that most parents don't care about. I use the app to see the meals on a daily basis and that's it. With the update it just blank. Also when you try to give on the site. Theres no submit button. Again so kinda pointless to give if theres no way to get it to you.
