Great selection of movies, very reasonable price. But it's unusable on my chromecast (the "chromecast with google TV" version of the hardware) because the app crashes immediately after trying to use it after logging in. Clearing the app's cache doesn't fix the problem. I can clear the data and restart the app and again, but it crashes immediately after trying to start it up again after that.

ed these guys over a week ago about my subscription and the fact that I couldn't sign in to my TVs MP app. No response. I signed up via Amazon Prime a couple days after I ed them and let them know and they still haven't refunded this. Their content is ok. Mostly not my kind of thing. Probably not any worse than most streaming apps that have 3 or 4 truly notworthy achievements and then a ton of meh. The main difference between this and Netflix is these are "grindhouse" movies.

Too many ads, it's a neat app, basically Netflix for cult classics, kung fu, and anime. But the ads are way too frequent, got around 10 interruptions for a 1hr movie, each interruption being 4 30sec ads. The variance of ads is really small so you'll see the same ad at least twice each interruption.

I almost never write reviews for an app. Just ratings and that's it. However, this time I feel compelled to write up a review for this particular app. The burning question probably is content. And I will say this, if you're looking for lesser known and obscure content as well as some of the more beloved cult classical franchises, you found your home finally. If it's a lot of well known, big name and original content you are looking for, look elsewhere.

Won't let me cancel online. It keeps giving me an error message, and when I try and call, it says no one's available and hangs up. I'm going to have to my card company and go through the hassle of having them remove the subscription!

Healthy selection of the bizarre, horror, j-horror, k-horror, ninja/samurai flicks, arthouse, and exploitation films. 4 out of 5 for not having an app on xbox, but it casts straight to my tv sooo fuggit. I've watched an eyeful of movies and they've yet to stutter or drop mid-stream. If you're upset with Shudder's lack of selection these days, I recommend MP.

The app is great but it doesnt display correctly on my Pixel 3xl. The top menu bar is directly under the notifications bar overlay so I can't access the hamburger menu, the search, or the chromecast button.

Good categories and pretty straightforward to use as a member. / to watch/free to watch marked pretty clearly on titles as well. Good and weird content hard to find elsewhere.
