I'm not sure if this review will be read by the developers, but I'd like to offer my in hopes for future updates. I love this app and I'd even be willing to pay to remove the ads (not sure if I already can or not.) It's not a perfect equalizer app. I wish it were optimized to only use battery in the background when you're playing music. I'm always getting a notification that Equalizer FX is using battery in the background. My only other complaint is that it's a 5-band equalizer. 2-7 more bands would be nice. Other than those two things I love it and have for a while now

At first, the app worked as intended. However, recently I cannot listen to youtube music or the default music app for ed music. On rare occasions it will work, but immediately drop playability afterwards. All sound for other apps aside from the two mentioned work fine. I will try uninstalling and reinstalling after checking to see if this is the issue and will update my review after some time has ed.

This app is absolutely amazing. There's so much besides just loudness that you can adjust for better experience in your phone. I recommend, 10/10. You don't have to pay for anything, and it works sooo well. Lately, my airpods on my Motorola g7 power have been super quiet, even when the volume was at Mac. I could not find a solution because I didn't have an equalizer setting in my settings, and this was the perfect solution.

Works for 3 hours and quits. Then the ads turn into video ads with sound. I was so happy to get to use this with YouTube and gave it a 5 star rating then it just quit. I am sad now that it quit. I couldn't figure out why it stopped working until I realized it was the video ads. But now it won't start working again. This is a major disappointment. Not a way to get someone to buy something. A good way to make them uninstall it for sure. Thanks alot.

Sucks now. Wasn't bad when I first got it but they got greedy and now they stick you with full-screen ads, and once-free features now require you to pay. Developers get greedy and you ruin their apps by trying to squeeze an extra ad or two in but it backfires! There comes a point when enough is enough. I'm uninstalling this and finding another one. See ya!

Useful app with minor issues. I use Equalizer FX to turn down higher frequencies when I have a headache or I'm very tired, and sometimes so I can hear quiet video's better by boosting prominent frequencies. This works great and it's easy to do, but it has two issues. A) When the app is enabled a faint beep can be heard when sound-producing apps are opened (even when not producing sound.) B) The master volume is adjusted automatically with certain settings. I'd prefer controlling it myself.

Frustrating doesn't come close. Constant ads, can't even try it to see if it's worth paying for it. The is way too expensive at a tenner a week. Thought you'd misread that? No, that's not per month, it's per week. I'd want to give it a full go uninterrupted for at least 30 mins before getting a load of tiktok ads stopping me dead in my tracks. Uninstalled after 6 minutes.

Garbage app. Not only does it make no difference in the sound, but it pops up, not one, not two, but 3 ads before you can use it, each time you open it. Then, they have the audacity to put a fake "start" button that leads to another ad. This app is worse than useless it is actively damaging good ad ed apps in the intrusive nature of its use of ads. Use a small banner ad or maybe one ad every five times you open it or something, but giving so many ads in succession just makes you look bad.
