I haven't used this turd of an app in two years because it won't let me sign in. It keeps insisting I do two step ID. But it won't let me complete the process. First it wouldn't let me my info. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I never receive the confirmation text. I've pulled in and ended up leaving without gas a few times. The stupid thing is that it acts like I have the option to refuse 2 factor ID, but the only thing I can do to leave the screen is hit "enable". I go elsewhere.

Can't anymore. Put in my credentials and then asks me to setup 2 factor authentication all my info is correct and auto filled and I can click complete to move forward. There's no way to decline or setup later making the entire app unusable. 1/15/25 update: I emailed you on the evening of 1/5 no one ever got back to me, but at least I can now.

2025-0320-- The app no longer has any perks for fuel rewards I get used to. it used to be you would buy two or three items and you would get an additional 10 or 20 cents off a gallon now there's absolutely no benefits for gas s. I noticed since when they upgraded the app they removed the $0.20 per gallon bonus and you had to buy just as much just to get an extra $0.10 off and now you can't buy anything to get any additional gas off so I will be using less and less of the app, and buying less

I've changed my rating from 2 stars down to 1 star. This App has become unusable. Half the time, it won't connect to a pump so I end up having to go inside of the store so they can manually give me the discount. Today, I was forced to enter another payment method. Why? Nothing changed with the payment method I've been using for the last 8+ years. My recommendation? Fire the entire product management team for publishing such a terrible App.

The new app requires restart quite often, but it is a solid app. Works without a hitch when on WiFi, the restart happens on data usage. Update 7/18: The bugs seem to have been worked out, working really well now. Seamless transactions. It's still great. Years later, and it is still great. The new format took some getting familiar with but seems to be working fine now.

Previous versions of the smart rewards app were far superior to this edition. I understand the company is trying to adapt one app to multiple companies but it's ease of use and functionality with Cumberland Farms definitely took a hit. Overall the app does work, provide rewards, and discounts on purchases. I just wish it was as friendly as the previous generations.

This app was better when the rewards included free items in the store (food and drinks). Now, it's a point based system for $1 off gas only after you accumulate enough points. They went from offering you free items to get you to go into the store to gas rebates so you never need to go in the store again. OK. I'll take the rebates. I have not set foot in a Cumberland Farms store once since they made this change.

Latest update has fixed a lot of previous issues including input lag when entering the pin. I would recommend not having the "available rewards" tab come up with a barcode first when trying to check out. It interferes and is confusing to first time s. Also, is there somewhere we can go to subscribe for info on the next major update? A lot of these seem to come out of nowhere and are jarring when I go to use it in the checkout only to have everything changed.
