overall very good application but lot of things can be improve 1. can introduce an option which helps to create video at your own. 2. can provide option to use audio also. 3. please provide option to create video's of long format. 4. there should be an option to re-create common commerce videos in our own style. 5. can also introduce AI option to create & re-create video.

I love the app! My husband and I use it to share spiritual motivational reminders of life with our family and friends on social media. We've been using the app for over a year. There was a payment issue in which I was charged twice and wasn't able to use the app at all. The team fixed the issue, and I'm satisfied with being able to use it again.

UPDATE - The issue was resolved & their customer service is really prompt and good! I just paid $99 on October 8th (a couple weeks ago) and I am now unable to share anything to Facebook (which is the sole reason for my purchase). I want this fixed, or I want a refund. This is not ok.

This app is a ripped off. I started off paying a low monthly fee, which escalated to 19.00 monthly. How did you jump from 3.99 to 19.00 a month. I love the app, but the price jump is crazy. Overall, the app is receiving bad rating. You can not cancel if you try. I really like to use, but they escalated from free, low monthly then high payment.

Upon reviewing all the , it is evident that I am not alone in facing challenges with canceling my subscription. Similar to other customers, I have been provided with the same reason for the issue. The absence of a cancellation option in both Crafto app and Google Play has led to repeated attempts by Google Play and Crafto to deduct funds from my bank card, necessitating me to place blocks on both entities. This entire process has been extremely frustrating. I do not Recommend this app!

Pl stop auto debit for Subscribers. It's very bad part on you. Subscribers just trial once. But you are deducted every month auto debit. This is very inconvenience to subscribe to like me. Pl stop auto debit Rs 99. Now onwards. Tnq.
