**Update** Now it remains stuck on the Star Wars add, fix this but it's constantly asking for permissions to adjust things on my phone although I denied them in the first place. It keeps popping up requesting for permission every 30 seconds. Draining my battery. Deleted the app. Claro solution via fb and Twitter don't help if you don't have these social media channels. Claro needs to address this otherwise it's a spam app. Since last update the app won't open anymore. It keeps crashing!!

Installed this and now I receive multiple advertising class 0 messages (unlike normal messages, the type that pop up like emergency alerts on your android phone and *should* be reserved for emergencies) per day from Claro. Short of turning SMS off, I've turned every other message-related setting off, but i am still receiving the messages from the blocked numbers. Claro has to be the worst phone provider in Colombia and should be shamed for it!

This service is horrible, apart from having a plan, it is supposed to be better and worse, App with delays, crash and the like, then at * 611 it takes 1 hour and at the end they automatically drop the call, to What is paid if they do not comply? They promise the sky and the mountain and in the end it does not fulfill, only chatter and little professionalism. They are terrible, if they already make suggestions for improvement, why don't they?

With last update, now the program run itself alone (seems to be activated from outside). Besides it's extremely slow and almost useless to pay. Con la última actualización, ahora el programa se activa sólo (pareciera que fuera activado remotamente).

I cannot reload the data on my phone with this app. I have to walk to the store because Claro makes it so difficult to reload data with this app. All I want to do is renew my cellular plan and I spend hours with the bugs on this app.

It's strange that in today's world we have to go to a mobile store for recharge. The mobile app doesn't even open. There's no UPI which makes mobile recharge a 5 sec. task, all you need is a mobile phone with internet connection and a bank ; you don't have to go to the store, you don't have to stand in a queue, no need to carry cash.

The Mi Claro worked okay in 2020 from EEUU. However in 2021 it fails with a communication error. The website also fails. Thus, I am unable to pay my factura from EEUU. How can I see and pay? One response that I got from Claro Developers was to use the app (that I reported as unable to access) to report the problem. If I could access it, I wouldn't have a problem to report. I did report the issue in Twitter, too. Team did not even try to resolve as far as I can tell No stars!

Claro Is the worst internet & television company in Colombia. The government of Colombia allow foreign companies to rob and steal from Colombians. The internet service is incredible bad less than adequate. Internet system brakes down all the time. Claro made an appointment to come and change the modem and the technician came to my apartment to tell me that there were no modems available. Claro is totally terrible. The TV image while watching TV freezes every 15 minutes. Claro is not recommended
