I have been using the cielo breez eco for a week and have not had any issues yet. I am using this with an aciq 3 ton extreme heat and the included thermostat is really bad. It works, but it doesn't have WiFi. The cielo app works really good and all I had to do was to point my aciq remote at the eco unit and press the power button. The app synced the remote control functions within a few seconds. Works great for what I need, which is WiFi. Direct Line of site is required for the eco unit.

Works most times. Other times I'll go to turn it on, the app will show that it is turned on but it is not. Turning it off and on a second time via the app makes it work. Seems to be lacking some kind of synchronization or validation that a command sent was actually acted upon.

We bought two Cielo Breeze Plus devices to manage the aircon units in our bedrooms. We rent so replacing perfectly fine working but dumb aircon units doesnt make much sense. The Breeze Plus was easy to set up and integrate into our WiFi. The software is easy to navigate and functionality was good. The is super responsive and helpful and even added new rules into the firmware when we asked for it. We couldnt be happier. Thank you.

Exceptional. Cielo developed an app that is both eye appealing and easy to use. It's not perfect but it has almost everything to control the AC unit without any problem (if you have one of their devices). However, I think something can be adjusted. When choosing the air louvers position, it's unclear which position we are going to set. A small icon with a graphical explanation would help. The preset mode is ok, but why we can't personalize every option? Beside this small details this app is good

Very easy to use and set up. I needed to add another thermostat since the wire of the factory one was not long enough to put in the desired location. I also wanted to be able to enable the Follow Me feture to control temperature based on a different area of the basement. The schedule feature is by far my favorite, my only complaint is that I can not enable the Follow Me feture in the schedule setting, so I have to to enable it every day when the system has to power on.

I am giving this app 3 stars only because I have yet to find another device to control mini splits. One problem we have is it doesn't know if an ac is on or off. If an ac is turned on with app and then turned off with a remote or there is a power interruption the app will continue to indicate that the ac is turned on. The second problem is we have 2 ac's in different rooms with no line of sight between them but turning one on or off also turns the other one on and off. A remote doesn't do this.

I also chose the Breez Eco specifically because it has the Follow Me mode, but when turning the unit automatically through the *Comfy" settings, there's no way to turn it back on. It feels that it would be trivial to add the option to chain commands like turning the LED off and Follow-me on after a Comfy trigger.
