This app stop sending any notifications 6 months and has not been fixed. I've tried uninstall and installing again. Didnt work. Opened a case and told me no longer ing this app and to install the latest. But There is no newer app. This hasn't been updated in over 2 years. I've paid for Gold service for the last 10 years. It's disappointing CoT has neglecting the App Dev when they are a software based company. Maybe someone with vision will buy them out. App no longer usable.

I really, really love this app because it sincerely does put the resell of tickets back in the concert goers hands and is a great alternative, however, I JUST got an alert for a ticket for a sold out show and went to add a credit card on file that isn't currently stored, and was told I have too many already on file. I only have two on file. Now my is flagged and I have to my card and driver's license, though I've already verified my license. Now the ticket is gone.

It won't even open. It just crashes every time. I've tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, clearing all data, restarting my phone. None of that helps – it just crashes immediately upon opening. To the developer: if you reach out to me, I will help you troubleshoot so you can develop a fix. Thanks!

This app is pretty bad no offense. Its got the look and feel of a crappy web app that was ported over to android. Network errors are not handled well, sometimes youll just see a blank page and need to exit out and restart the app. The onBackPressed is implemented poorly everywhere,, and the app doesnt make use of standard android patterns like Pull To Refresh which obviously would make sense in multiple places in the app (instead of "show newer posts"). The spinner is also large and obnoxious

Based on the website which I for jamband tickets, however app is lacking. You switch windows in android to check out another app for reference and then go back to COT and you lose your search results and need to restart. Also basic search functionality like number of tickets for sale or seeking should be built in. Search results are mindless scrolling through a word salad of poor self written headlines meant to get your attention. Add some structure to results like quantity

No verification on ticket prices, people are definitely scalping tickets on this app, s aren't helpful and often ignore what's being asked instead of address the issue. They actually can't do anything if you get sold a fake ticket other than refund you after the fact. That being said, on occasion I have scored tickets I wanted, it's a huge hassle 95+ % of the time but it has worked out for me before.

The app is slow. I lost out on 2 trades bc even after including credit card info the app doesn't let you trade or accept the offer even if you did everything that was requested when ing the app. They don't tell you that you also need to take a selfie with your ID plus a picture of credit card until you try to trade. It took 2 weeks for them to finally approve the s. Of course their customer service doesn't care now I'm stuck w a $500 ticket

Not getting coerced into taking my honest review down this time. I have been a Gold member for over a decade. I have always been able to count on the app until they changed it last year. There have been several times where I responded to dozens of posts very quickly with full messages and been shut out. Never had an issue with that in previous years. Making ISO posts are almost certain to get overlooked. They provide no incentive for people selling to reply to a listing. Not Reliable
