This app was super easy to use and navigate. Booked a vehicle within my price range and picked it up at the time that worked for me. Drove off with all the documents on file inside the app and was able to the files to have in my phone and print out as well. Pricing was clear and accurate and I've been driving problem free for a while now.

I really love the concept. I've been a customer for awhile. I left and came back to many of the same problems. App crashes often, auto pay is up and down, the vehicle prematurely deactived three times. I was promised less of the mess and its more of the same. I'm trying to hold on but I'm out with my family and I just got a message saying the car expired. Damn autopay worked yesterday and today it doesn't. Too many issues.

I drive for Lyft and Uber which makes it necessary for me to have a reliable vehicle. With driveitaway I'm able to have that for a reasonable price. I can set up the payments daily or weekly, rent short-term or long-term whichever fits my needs. It's an ideal situation for me. I can return the car if I decide to go away and then restart the rental when I return. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous, maybe that's why I I've been a satisfied customer with them for almost a year.

I've been renting cars with ubers rental program and lyfts as well for the last 4 yrs. I've also rented directly through avis,enterprise,and hertz through the same time frame and nothing to show for it until I came across "drive it away's" app. Since the second I made an on their app the staff has been very helpful in answering all my questions fast and making my experience a memoriable. Finally a company that I can select a newer car and all my payments renting will be towards my car

This is either a scam, or the app needs a huge touch-up. I've been waiting on an email from this program for the last couple of weeks. I never got any response so I decided to go through the app and it takes down my name, email, phone number and front pic of ID and that is all. It doesn't allow you to finish ing or input any other information to move on and choose a vehicle.

I give them a rightous 5 star! The vehicle I got was brand new and I made sure to keep it that way. The rental company d with DriveItAway was very courteous and their service team is top notch. I have used them before on several occasions and wasn't disappointed on using their services this time around. Lastly the livechat feature is very responsive and the in app customer service team is also exceptional.

To get you into their program, they are incredible. But when THEIR car that you pay over $1000 monthly on has the engine malfunction, they put you into a car with scrubbing brakes and body damage, empty gas tank. And if you don't like it, you can pause the program while you wait for your car that you MIGHT get back. That is absolutely ridiculous, if people had so many options they wouldn't pay so much for this program. Customer service is a complete 180 from Joey.

The app was very friendly and had all the information I needed to make sure business went smoothly :) The customer service team was also very helpful with getting me situated with my car and making sure all my questions were answered. I would def recommend this to my friends or even a stranger!
