I really like this app and being able to connect with my favorite artists. I originally ed it for ALL(H)OURS, but I found many other artists on the platform that I enjoy. The only thing I don't like is needing to make an entire for each artist and go through the whole process each time.

I wish the translation had the original Korean next to it. For those of us learning Korean, it's helpful to have the original Korean next to the translation. Also, why isn't there an option for translation for notifications or anything other than artist posts? This app is so frustrating. If my favorite singer wasn't on this, i would never use this app. And maybe that's why the develper doesn't care about improving the translations functions. Like seriously.. improve this app.

The app is great in that you can get content from your favorite artists. The bad thing is that there's no translation feature to English or other languages and for those of us who can't read Korean. It makes me not want to use the app because I can't understand what they're saying. Weverse has a one up on that.

The app is improving! It's still a bit slow in loading pages and content, but it is getting better. Caching the UI/frameworks locally and only loading the actual content from the servers would probably help. I also wish that the available replay time for POP lives was at least 7 days, since I don't always have time to quickly watch multiple ' livestreams.

The UI is fine but the cursor is unresponsive at times, it's annoying especially during the process of g up since I keep refreshing the page when I tried to slide down. Also, please add translation feature in the app 🙏. Looking forward for improvements <3

Translation for international fans is definitely needed as well as an option to not receive comment notifications unless you're mentioned or replied to. Receiving so many "check out this comment from..." is distracting from the posts, i.e, the photos I want to see. Since there's no translator for their written post. So it's a bit annoying especially when I don't even understand what's being written. No offense.

I honestly hate that Ateez moved to this app. There is no in-app translator, the notifs are busted, and now I can't even access Ateez. There is no option to ONLY turn off notifs when they comment on posts (Universe had this option, so I still received notifs when they POSTED) so I had to turn off all notifs. Now, I own the hip and want to utilize POP, but I don't get notified even though I turned them on again. I tried reinstalling, but Ateez has now disappeared from the app 🧍🏼♀️😮💨

My experience in the app is good, but after few months I can't ATEEZ posts. I ed San's posts, but in my photos everything is blank. I really don't know if my phone or the app itself has the problem. I'm reaching maybe you will be able to help me with this problem. Thank you.
