I see the kind of game you play for the 30-day trial that you can't find the way to cancel this!! I want to cancel my hip before you charged my !! If you had a monthly fee I might consider it, but you don't, so I'm not. EDIT: I wrote this review before we talked. But not much has changed other than I did get to cancel. I'm not going to pay $90 in a lump sum to listen to a radio channel. If you came out with like a $4.99 a month charge I could do that.

Have had this app for Years! Love it! Have reffered it to many people... But lately, everytime i open any other music app on my S21+, this app opens too and runs in the background... Annoying...suspect a bug in software, ANNOYANCE #1 : I have to go to settings to turn it off. ANOYANCE #2 : turned off auto start in app but still comes on... Was gonna dump and reinstall but.... Thanks!

Best Radio App for Android. Excellent selection of curated Jazz stations from around the world. Sound quality is great. Can save Favorite Stations to your library which is then synced to a cloud service for your Jazz Radio . Good for relaxing most anytime. Interface design is excellent. Highly recommend.

Nice app. Even with the free version you have access to 4 or 5 stations, with commercials, but the commercials aren't excessive at all. Nothing at all like traditional radio. I like the Jazz Hop station and I've discovered a lot of new artists. It is great to play in the background while reading email or doing whatever and would be nice for small social gatherings. The subscription isn't too pricey at all and if you really like jazz is probably well worth it.

Revising my prior 3 star rating to 5 stars. No issues with the app crashing, which was a problem in the past. Jazz Radio has awesome variety, and I have 10 channels saved as favorites. Fidelity is surprisingly good, especially at the 320K MP3 setting. It would be great if FLAC playback was also available, but doubtful the improvement in fidelity over 320K would be noticeable...not to me, using my modest audiophile system. Jazz Radio paid subscribers also get access to other music services, such as Rock Radio and Radio Tunes, which are included at no additional charge. Jazz Radio is a great value, and I enjoy it every day. Currently playing on the Mellow Jazz channel as I write this review: Bill Evans Trio - Come Rain or Come Shine.

"Please watch ad to continue listening." Um, I'm driving. I get the need for ads, and I'll deal with them between songs, but to have a required video ad isn't a very good idea. Otherwise, I do enjoy access to these jazz stations. Edit: My complaint was specifically about *video* ads appearing while I'm driving, not ads in general. But the dev's response was so darn polite that I feel like bumping my rating up a star.

It's been another 5 months since a rep for Jazz Radio replied to my March '19 review update and reaffirmed Android Auto was (still) in the works. I had a subscription but due to my hour-plus commute I need my audio apps to AA, so I'd cancelled a few years ago. I still have the app installed, so when it shows up in my list of Auto apps I'll definitely re-subscribe. I'm hoping Android Auto integration will actually launch soon (even a beta versionI could sign up for would be sufficient).

Really like the predetermined stations across all genres of jazz which opens me up to exploring more music than I would otherwise. Other streaming apps put the work on the to create their stations which presupposes I know or can articulate what I want. With this app I can browse easier without having to he overly specific by artist etc and miss out on great music I never would have asked for. Love it and discover artists regularly.
