It hasn't recorded any trips since Oct. 19. It's up to date as far as I know, my location is on, and the app itself says my phone is set up properly for it. My only other complaint is that we have to tether a phone to the car when using Bluetooth so that it doesn't consider using Bluetooth to be distracted driving. We will listen to music whether or not it's tethered, so it shouldn't matter.

Aside from the privacy issue, we were for some reason supposed to get it activated weeks before the policy started and the activation code was not valid at policy start date. We thought the issue had been corrected, but have been advised that we will now not be eligible for the discount until the renewal period.

I already ed this and now it is sent to me again. When I renewed my policy it did not show how much my policy went down using this app. I just feel this I am being tracked everytime I drive. 😒😏🤨

Stupid app. Says on on trip while laying in bed. Makes me run red light instead of braking to avoid event. Android auto so bad I have to use phone. Complained to customer service and they said basically they just answered phone.

I can't get it to work on my phone at all, yet worked just fine on my wife's phone. Our phones are identical too.

This app is almost impossible to use. it is constantly closing. I'm trying to change from driver to enger and it's impossible because it keeps closing. My insurance is going to end up going up instead of down because it's so in efficient. I can't do anything on the app.

Routely has marked me speeding on several occasions wrong. Needs to be better.

I love this app! Contrary to other reviews, I have had a seamless experience from the point of activation to checking my score. Never had an issue with accuracy or responsiveness.
