I just had it for a month or so. But always connection problem and log don't sync properly. It should change to driving after 5mph. But never did always stay off duty for the entire duration of my travel. Will wait and see what they can do to fix the problem for the last time. CS are quick to answer the phone and try to help. The issue is never resolved for once. The log on the app is completely different then the actual log on the computer.

I've been using this for 2 days. Been on the phone with tech once each day. If I make stops during the day yr app can't tell me how much driving I have available for that day. That is something that's vital. Tech sair you have to go into yr log for that day add up all the driving time subtract that from 11. Not happening. Do not like trucker path but I'm forced to use it. I really don't think tech even knows their system. Low budget operation. No faith in tech .

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company! I have been going back and forth with this company since January 2020! The lack of customer service is ridiculous! I don't even have the devices in my trucks anymore. I've probably had 4 or 5 different " specialists". Look up their BBB score before you think about g on with this ELD service!

I have a lot of problems with it some times don't read the miles correctly also when you off duty the log switch it to Driving for 10 minutes or 11 minutes and then switch to on duty by itself when you expect start driving next morning you can't no hours available when you call customer service no one answers the phone they don't care they don't help you stay away from this bad company!

DO NOT USE!!! Run from this company! The ifta miles are wrong every single month, you can't get a hold of anyone in any way. It doesn't sync right, it doesn't record miles, this company needs to be shut down for non compliance and I will be following up with fmcsa. Their platform is not compliant with fmcsa guidelines as it doesn't record driven miles. The GPS rarely has my locations right. This isn't worth having even if they paid you!

Garbage!!! Absolute garbage! From taking at least 20 minutes to reach an actual person to discuss the constant glitches to cancellation and they still try to steal money from my !!! Horrible pathetic company and even worse eld device. New carriers save yourself from a major headache and go to anyone but this company. I use keep trucking now and very content with them

This is the worst app and customer service out there!! The app does not keep your miles nor does it keep your fuel receipts for your ifta at the end of the quarter. I have brought this to their attention now for 1 year giving them a chance to correct the app and they just cannot figure it out. Now they want the entire year paid from customers before they give you service and i have asked them to refund my money and they won't even return my calls. Save yourself a lot of grief and find another ap
