Before the latest update, I was already fond of this app. But now? It's unparalleled! The crystal identifier is impressively accurate, and the expansive database allows for a deep dive into each crystal's properties and history. The feature where I can search based on zodiac or feelings is such a thoughtful addition. Plus, having an expert crystal consultants readily available when the identifier isn't sure is the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

The potential is exciting but it's very buggy. Lots of the links don't work. The identifier isn't as accurate as I'd hoped. I subscribe to one of the monthly boxes and used the app on my most recent box but three out of four crystals didn't match what was on the scroll. The app has the option to submit a question when identifying which I did, but haven't heard back. I'll keep the app in hopes they keep working on the bugs because the idea and potential are too good to ignore.

I absolutely love the website, so I was super excited about the app. But I was very much disappointed because it always crashes. If I try to or put my information in, it doesn't work and kicks me out. If I try again, the whole app completely crashes. If I try to explore without logging in, it will work for a short amount of time, but eventually, the entire app crashes and kicks me out again. This app would have received 5 ☆'s if I could actually use it correctly for as long as I wanted.

A bit buggy... the Read More button doesn't work when trying to read about Sacred Numbers. The search function when cleared still has a list of items, so you have to tap the page elsewhere to make it disappear. It runs pretty slow but that's fine when you think about the amount of data in this app. I love the Crystal Council and will them, but it would be great if you could fix the Read More button. Cheers!

I purchased this app, so I'm going to keep it. However, it doesn't work right. The identification feature is not accurate, and though I messaged the team months ago about the inaccurate ones, I haven't heard back. In just the last week, the app has started crashing when I try to scroll to the bottom of the page in the crystals section. This app has amazing potential, but someone needs to be monitoring it and updating it. PLEASE DO SO! I WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO USE IT PROPERLY!

This app is glitchy, lags, and forces their begging for money immediately. It identified raw moss agate as jade. Don't beg for cash when your app clearly needs beta tested and better optimized.

Cannot identify even the simplest of crystals. Took a picture of Lepidoliye and the app said it couldn't be identified. Didn't even offer any suggestions.
