Appallingly bad app. This new version replaces an old app that had live customer service through messages. This new app instead gives you no option to customer service and &pizza's delivery partner, Relay, directs you back to &pizza for assistance. So if you order is say missing half the pizzas, you end up screwed. Last time I order from &Pizza and I will no longer go in person either. I have been a customer for a decade. They should go ahead and throw out my loyalty points. Don't order!

Not a cred card person so the app requires me to take a photo of the receipt eventhough I sign in at the case withe email address tied to the . Also I bought a pizza once a week from August 2021 to December 2023, yet I was barely credited for 1/8 if those purchases. I have 1 coin so only visit once a month. Finally, they started charging for the toppings, no longer price effective for me

If you use the app, getting a refund of your order is wrong is impossible. I was told by the store that DoorDash would have resolved it immediately. Instead I'm 3 months into a dispute that the store acknowledged on day 1 but they continue to refuse a refund. Do not use this app!

It took me over 10 attempts via email, and ing mobile app three times before it would work. I'm still not sure it's going to work. It's a great app until it isn't.

I had so many points when &pizza was on their old platform; now that everythings changed, I lost all those points... Thank goodness you get a free "welcome pie" with this transition... Oh, wait: IT DOESN'T WORK! I checked the several times, added a variety of pizzas that I didn't even want just to see if it would eventually work, but I could not redeem this free pizza after losing hundreds of racked-up points. is also needlessly tedious: no text code, no , only an email link.

App is decent, but did not let me use my coins for free stuff, and made me put all my credit card info again even though it was already present..just not efficient like other apps that

Told me a discount was available for my order but when selected, it told me I didn't have the item in my cart, which is obviously what was in my cart when I was given the option.

This app is awful. Have to put in your credentials several times to actually , and even though it saves your card info, you need to plug it all in again each time you order "to vetify your card." And then, give the csv code. Again. After you just provided it, multiple times. And god forbid you have a typo in your email when logging in - it wants you to go through setup, and even closing the app won't fix this - you literally have to go into app setting and delete your data.
