I love this app!! It's very handsome and convenient when going to do wash! I love thar there is a QR code feature, so you don't have to wonder if you're getting the right washer or dryer! The only thing I wish the app had was if there were still 5 mins on your dryer and your clothes were done, I wish it would give you the mins back into your for the next time your doing wash.

At first, for a laundry mat, having to use an app was not how I wanted to choose to pay. U hv to load money onto the app to use the washers...which means u will always hv a balance on the app. It should be the other way around, u pick a washer then whatever that price is, then it shoukd be deducted from your card. They make u load the app with money first--- which means there is always a few dollars of my money the app "hangs on to". It's obvious they do that, to keep u coming only to them.

Attempted to use smart laundrymat after Hurricane Helene due to loss of power. Unfortunately the wifi was down and I was unable to use the app after loading funds. Ended up using cash and have yet to get a refund for a service that I do not need. No way to request refund or cancel transaction in app .

Been using the app for several months and haven't had any issues. Very convenient to money rather than carry quarters. Also like that it shows you the time left on the machine you're using.

This is the best thing since sliced bread. I drive about 15 minutes out the way to get here. But it's so worth it. The convenience of using my debit card to pay for laundry instead of needing quarters is clutch. The laundry mat is always clean. It's has new technology that allows you to use your phone to start the washers and dryers. And if there is a problem, they'll fix it remotely.

The app works exactly as I'd hope it would. No issues at all. If I had to make one suggestion, I'd like to see able to see the cycles of each mode when picking (wash, rinse, etc).
