Been using site 24/7 for two years. Great option compared to high price solutions. Keep up the good work 💪

The app itself looks good and functional however the Alerting mechanism is pretty much useless. If a website or server goes down, you receive a single, very gentle tone and screen notification and that's it. How can this possible wake you up in the middle of the night? No phone monitoring app seems to understand this very essential function and I've tested a few. All fail including 24x7. When I'm awake, noticing the alerts isn't a problem. It's when I'm asleep when I most need to be woken up. As it stands, I use an old BB Z10 configured with custom email alerts to notify me when it receives an email and it's loud as hell and WILL wake me in the middle of the night. I keep the Z10 solely for this purpose and it is only device I have found which can do the job. My day to day phone is a Pixel 3 and I need a second alerting mechanism in case one of them fails or I'm on the road. Here's what the app needs: - Ability to select custom sounds and available sounds must be loud and irritating! - Ability to set volume independent of the phone settings, if possible. - It must be persistent or at least have ability to be persistent!!! - Ability to alert me even if Bedtime or Do Not Disturb mode is enabled on the phone. - It must be persistent! Without this essential functionality, the app and the service is mostly useless. Yes, I'm sure it's very useful even during the day to alert you to other types of problems but if it can't wake you in the middle of the night when you most need it to have your back, then it fails badly.

awesome app, but it would be great to acknowledge notifications from the notification itself. or just bundle individual notifications together, so i can dee the content from all of them. now when i have multiple unread notifications and i get one more, i have to open the app to mark them read, so next time i can see the title of it from the lock screen. if this is implemented, it will be so much easier to "ignore" not important warnings or expected notifications

Push notifications not working on alerts. ed , 3 days in i am still trying to explain the issue. Q. Is it push notifications or emails? A. Push notifications like explained in my mail. Q. Can you send monitor names A. It's all, I'm not getting any notifications Q. Can you sent name A. Sending screendumps of latest alerts containing monitor names "This is notifications inside app" has now forgotten the core issue. Back to explain the issue again. This is such a waste

Slow, crashes all the time and rarely if ever notifies you by push. You have to keep opening the app every few minutes to get it to notify you. For a paid for service. I'd expect better than an application that can't get push notifications right.

Mark Griffiths 5ex6j

Does the job but it's annoying that it often has multiple simultaneous alerts for the same event and doesn't provide any detail in the alert text once there is more than one alert - makes it impossible to know what is going on from my smart watch

William Wynn 6l4y4k

Given this is a monitoring platform, I want good alerts. Unfortunately the mobile app notifications are useless. It just tells you "you have 2 notifications." They really need to improve their notification game so I can actually tell if something is urgent or not. As it is now I don't even know if it's a minor warning or a full blown outage.

Please add dark mode and ability to unlock app with Android biometric auth (fingerprint). Edit: Well that wasn't too intuative. Looks like a switch/ toggle only unless you know that there is more settings underneath. But good that bioauth is there, and that dark mode is coming. I wish for dark mode for your web page too :)
