I have had great luck so far with acv however this app sucks ass nothing more annoying then scrolling through and clicking on something you see... Then backing out to the run list and it resets you to either the top or some random spot in the list and now you have to start scrolling all over again it makes me not even want to click on a car to look at it because im gonna loose my place on the run list and it happens every single time til i eventually loose intrest and just stop looking...

Nice to be able to use the app and buy cars whenever and wherevwr however the notifications of this app are dreadful. There is no way to change the sound or even turn down the volume and it is very loud and annoying. Should be able to change the alerts and to have one for new cars and one for bids.

Overall a very good platform & very -friendly. Cutting edge technology. Tonight however none of the audio clips are loading & playing. Sure it's a glitch but inconvenient when you're hunting down cars after hours - if there is a such thing.

App has improved dramatically. However, on the mobile app you can't see the location while browsing. Only once you click open the listing. Bringing back the location would be greatly appreciated.

So simple and easy to use. Unfortunately have hit the reserve and been high bidder on multiple cars and did not win. These cars have been for clients. As a new dealer this has been crushing. My manager does not reach back to me on cars. Will change rating if improvements are made.

love acv. that app just makes it even more convenient to buy cars. no longer have to sit at the desk. I can bid on cars anywhere anytime... however the past 3 days we have noticed an issue with the app and android phones. but our partner is an iPhone guy and the app works great on his phone. please help us fix this. we have done everything...

Developers of the app need to build a section for titles. Whether it's received , mailed or the status of the title in the app. Backlots does it like that. And the titles take consistently 30 days to get. Need a better title dept and to not even charge us for the car until the title is received by acv then charge us it will give incentive to the title team to move faster

Best auction I have used by far. Everything is transparent and they stand behind there arbitration policy and never try to give you the run around. I truly feel they work for you and not the other way around which is rare in an auction, and there commitment to making sure every seller is honest is a huge plus. I don't use any other auction. App is extremely easy to navigate and understand as well.
