I wanted to vote during the finale (2024), so I ed this app. Unfortunately, you have to to vote. There is nowhere to sign up for an from the app. So I went to the ABC website and the same thing there. Only a way to , but nowhere to sign up. I'll bet sign up shows up after the finale is over! Very disappointing! Time to uninstall...

I'm having the self-same (to similar) type of problems with my own Android telephone as with the above reviewer. I've now "ed" the app a second time. Hopefully this will work out properly. Otherwise I don't know how to the app's developer so as to inform them of the problem in entering the app after having already "signed-up." The computer program doesn't recognize myself. Why?

This is a HORRIBLE app. I have tried to vote using this. My is good but app says I need to make a new . The choices are Update and Skip. I have tried BOTH MANY MANY times but nothing happens except the little circle keeps spinning around and around. This is Not fair to the contestants when some people can vote using the app and some people cannot vote using the app.

The app worked fine in of voting for American Idol contestants, but after I installed it I noticed the voice recognition function on my Samsung Galaxy phone did not work quite right. I could only speak short phrases and then it would quit. After several weeks of this I uninstalled American Idol and now my voice recognition is working normally.

Why can't I Vote! Is it because my age. Very very disappointed in the the app. How do the singers get real votes when people cannot use app. Wow!! I have tried twice. Getting to code emailed to me. I have put code in. Did not work over a dozen resends. Even unistalled and installed days later. Still does not work when I put in verification code. I have been watching Amarican Idol 20 years. What was wrong with texting votes? I am very disappointment. I can't Vote....FIX IT PLEASE!

I still am loyal 2 aMERICAN iDOL, even tho the excitement wore off some years ago. Partly thanks to time, but horrific cateGORY killer, 'the VOICE', just stank the t up, and did what it wanted, to so sicken and tire everyone of the whole 'singing show' deal, that they lost interest. That said, I STILL enjoy 'AI', although it ain't like it was 20 years ago for moi, that's for sure! Plus, I'm 20 years older, less relating 2 contestants! This app helps you enjoy the show and VOTE VOTE VOTE!

App isn't working ... so frustrating when people's votes matter and we can't vote. I haven't been able to use this app for the last few weeks. I've tried everything. Going to uninstall AGAIN and forget about it. All these votes that couldn't be counted because your app doesnt work could have made a difference in someone's life.

American Idol app is really good and has alot of great features for us fans of the show. Only one issue, though; the contestants are not in order of appearance on the show, which makes us have to search back and forth to find each one.
