This was supposed to be an the previous APP. But in my opinion , it was a downgrade. It does not allow many functions that the previous APP allowed. One can not fully manage their thermostat with this version of the APP. I have sent Bryant many emails regarding this issue. I have suggested they make the previous APP available again and give us s the choice of which one we want to use. I have not received any satisfactory replies from them regarding this issue.

New interface is not bad, however on my S24+ the MODE and FAN buttons extend beyond the bottom of the screen and the app doesn't scroll. I tried ing both of the email addresses listed on the app page, and both emails came back as undeliverable. It would be greatly appreciated if you were going to make changes to the app that has worked fine for years, that someone would follow up on input.

They took a mediocre app and made it even worse. Still can't control the thermostat through Google (only Alexa). Now, unable to access the humidity setting in this iteration of the app. Have to access other settings through website control or on the thermostat itself. Frustrating! 😡

April 2015 - EVERY update forces one to re- - and guess on the . It shouldn't be so hard to retain the credentials when updating the app on a current device. With the latest update, app be keeps forgetting saved . Time after Time. Also get the blank screen sometimes after relogging in.

I used to really like this app, it was strait forward and super convenient. then they updated it to look fancy instead of useful and I absolutely hate it, maybe enough to just buy something else.

I uned and de-ed my thermostat 6 times. and it never showed up in the app. so I have to to the website to control the thermostat. it's terrible!!

**WARNING** 4/16/25 Apply this update at your own risk! I mistakenly let my auto update run and it removed the old Housewise app, that, while dated, did work. This new version is worthless, literally. No controls for on/off. No fan controls. No settings. No option for choosing Cool, Heat, Auto. It's like they started working on a newer app version, visually, etc. and just stopped with no finish. Fortunately I was able to find an APK for the old app online and install it. Works again. 4/16/2025

Update 4/2/2025: well, it took them 8 years, but the app has finally been updated. I'll cautiously bump my rating up to 3 stars until I see how it works. just don't log me out constantly, it's a very low bar. 2020:It works ok. Sometimes the input is laggy. However, it does not stay logged in, ever. It is incredibly frustrating. Hasn't seen an update in almost three years either, so not real confident anyone is actually ing the app anymore.
