This game is great and also very challenging, however, the prices for this particular game are way too high and don't really include much when you do purchase something. Also, they have no start up bundles either. This game would definitely have a $ star game if it wasn't a $ trap!

The game is setup a little unreasonably. The options are to simple for what you need to do. You fail if the clock runs out. They don't have enough options to get special add ons with coins or diamonds. I think they should make it possible to earn more with each task. I think you they should make it different in the patient to clock part. Because the system will fail you although there is sometimes no way to speed up. The game is a little poorly put together.

I love the game as it's like some of those cooking games, but has the medical aspect that I'm more interested in. I really don't mind all the ads either. My problem is that after hitting level 20 the game keeps crashing after playing the longer ads and I can't open more than one of the gifts after completing the level nor can I continuously play levels anymore.

Game is slow and boring and of course you have to use energy for each and every round you play like half of the other crappy games on the play store. At minimum, if you win the round you shouldn't have to use energy 2 play it which is10 hearts for each round as you guys put it in your game. I serve two or three customers and that used of 10 hearts. I enjoy the games that don't cost energy to play. Uninstalling.

It's a good time management game. However, I never seem to be able to get more than 1 or 2 diamonds from the prizes. I say its rigged. Secondly, I don't like that you have to purchase the nurse with your cash money, instead of the in app diamonds and coins. Other TM games allowed you to purchase help as you leveled up, with in-app coins, and not forced to with a debit card. Other than those two things, I really enjoy playing it.

Never in a while have I seen such blatant call for adverts. Your OK up to around level 15 then its pay for gems you can no longer get despite having a perfect level and upgrading to the best you can. Then after 5 levels your energy runs out and its back to adverts or pay. Great little game but poorly thought out and the balance needs to be rexressed for it to be worth playing long term.

YES! I am complaining because I not allowed to see any ads! Each time I try to watch an ad to get more diamonds, etc. absolutely NOTHING happens. Yet when I click on the 'No, thanks' button it continues on into the game. Could you please correct this?

I think this game is easy and hard, also pretty cool and fun. But the only problem I see is the gems u only ever get 1 and it does not matter what box u pick u still only get one. Most games at least give u 1 thur 2 or 3. But other than that I like it so far. Thanks for listening, samantha
