Loved it at first, now the all of the fuel type options are not showing, can't see or regular unleaded anymore, those 2 options are gone and if I chose midgrade it won't show me the price until I close the app down and open it back. Absolutely useless to me if I can't see the gas prices, that's the main reason I use the app. We have multiple QTs and all of them have different prices and the app made it easy to see which one had the best price, Gas Buddy isn't always accurate.

QT Pay has serious problems! It won't link my bank info. I have been on the phone with them several times and they think they have it fixed but it isn't. And, in chatting while they struggled with it, I found out, you can only use it once a day. So if you planned to use it while traveling, you can forget that. All in all, not worth the time and effort I have wasted on it.

517/25- I deleted the app, waited a few months then tried again. Pay at the pump still gives me an error code. 10/24I have tried the pay at the pump feature the last 4 times I have filled up. I have never been able to get it to work. I deleted the app and tried reinstalling without improvement. I would enjoy the fuel discount but it's not worth the frustration.

the qtpay feature is nearly useless because it won't actually engage the pump almost every time I've tried to use it. Now I find out that the money that got authorized from my checking took DAYS too long to withdraw and the "check" bounced so I started getting calls from a debt collector saying I owed them the amount that apparently didn't go through when I HAD IT in my , plus a $30 late fee. So yes, I saved $1.26 their app but got charged an extra $30 in the end! Great job!!

mediocre at best. concept is a good idea, even tho others have a point system. the over all discount on "everything" to me is better than scrolling thro 800 coupons or being entered into a sweepstake. the problem starts when you try to actually use the app been through all the troubleshooting. app just doesn't work. Bank wont link and without that it's just useless. you don't get anything for being a "member" nothing for having the app itself. you only save IF you can make it Link AND pay in app

The app is embarrassingly trash. Majority of the time, it won't open properly. More often than that, it won't work at the pump so the gas savings are non-existent. The only useful thing about it is the ability to view gas prices. That's worth two stars, but I don't believe it's worth giving them the ability to send me a bunch of junk notifications and emails.

Not sure what the point of this app even is. The online ordering rarely works, I often end up having to go in, ask about my food, and show them the order on my app. Curbside is nonfunctional. QT pay has mediocre benefits. This leaves the promo offers which have been terrible to useless lately. For how high-quality of a store QT can be, their app doesn't reflect it at all.

Do not use! This app seems like a ploy. They supposedly had a transaction of mine get declined. (Ya right) No follow up attempts, no messages bringing this to my attn. First was I had to pay a $25 fee. I told them no, but I'd gladly pay the $8 transaction if it really was mine. Nope. They wanted their fee instantly that moment plus the $8. So they charged my $25 shortly after. Disputed the charge with my bank and closed the . No more QT gas for me, total waste.
