The app is no longer working. For the past two years, I have been using this almost in a daily basis until they upgraded the a couple of days ago. After the app was upgraded, I can no longer sign in. I tried , it does not work. I hope you are going to fix this. I love this initiative by the government until I can't use it anymore.

Very worst , I tried to book seat for more then one hour , I can't. It's coming SEAT FILLED but no body inside the bus , regularly I am watching. For emergency purpose don't trust this app...no one watching the review and they did not take action...very bad

Version 4.17.101 release 10 November, the app cannot be open at all. I am trying to also reset with email address and mobile phone number. However, no reply or email coming through. Customer are left with no app to use.

Often times the shuttle is late. The app does not show the most efficient route. Pick up takes longer than it should be. Driver goes round and round, going places where there are no pick up scheduled. 30 minutes becomes 1.5 hour, that's just waiting for pickup! Also very difficult to book in the first place, always showing it's full but it never is. I've only ever seen max 4 people in a ride when the bus capacity is more than 10. This is the most inefficient app.

It doesn't work. I used it several times, and then it rejected , stating that my was wrong. I tried to reset the but the system failed to send me any SMS or email. Absolutely the same happened to my wife several weeks before. I used another phone number to create a new and found customer email. But the email address doesn't work, the same way as everything else related to the app. It just wasn't designed to work.

Booking a bus is super hard. What's interesting is that while spamming, one of the busses will right in front of you with 1 or 2 people inside.

Worst app never getting bus in al Rahba if we try for 1hr also we never get this is the only transportation in al Rahba. Provide more bus are weekly bus to Abu Dhabi city. If highly demanded how we can go somewhere, but your bus is free no ages only they rounding
